Specialised support

 

We aim to deliver specialised support by ensuring adults and children with impairments live real and fulfilling lives, included in their homes, schools, workplaces and communities. We know that our inclusive and stranded model of support (educational, social, community inclusion, healthy and spiritual) enables people to live a fully integrated and valued life in their own communities. Our support packages are holistic, flexible and creative; allowing the free expression of people’s personalities, religious practices and cultural customs. Our aim is to continue with the ecology of support that you are accustomed to.

 

If you have an additional need or impairment, then you may be eligible to receive fully-funded and invaluable support at no extra cost.
